Empire State Appraisal Services is a real estate appraisal company consisting of a team of professional appraisers covering the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Orange, Westchester and Rockland counties as well as Northern and Southern New Jersey. We value our clients, and we are willing to go the extra mile. Upon request, Empire State Appraisal Services will assist our clients in what is referred to as a “paper search” of a property. A paper search is a bracketed estimate of value prior to inspection. This will be given at no cost to our clients, on a limited basis, to help assist you with your borrowers.
All appraisals produced for federally related transactions are prepared in conformity with the guidelines of FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) and FHLMC (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Association).
